Alta Vista De Boracay Hotel Yapak, Yapak

We spent five days at the hotel with our family, and overall, it has some great aspects like the outstanding restaurant staff and a warm greeting from everyone we encountered. However, there were several issues, such as the confusion over breakfast charges for my daughter, a broken main door that was left unlocked, and inadequate provisions for our larger group. The dining experience at the pool could also use better service from the staff.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the room was spacious with a beautiful view, it lacked basic amenities like hot water and reliable Wi-Fi. Additionally, the staff didn't seem well-prepared to handle requests efficiently. The location is removed from the main attractions, and the food quality was not up to par. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
